It's now a maybe closed, maybe sold/given. 

Today i deleted 13 expired affiliate pages which were not renewed, 2 more will expire before the end of August, and a few between Sept and October.

As you know the way this site is designed, it depends on affiliate page sales and upgrade ads, since very few outside cash ads are on this site.

Therefore it has become totally obvious to me that i've been fighting a loosing battle and too much damage has been done to this site and the members morale, even though i have consistently paid members even when having to dip into my own personal funds.

To be honest, i have too much stress and family sickness to worry about this ptr anymore or how or what to do to motivate members.

maybe 15 or 20 sites banned this one over a year ago. There are over 400 other sites that haven't yet, it has affected members morale, and definately has done too much damage to the site, and my reputation etc.

Therefore i have decided to just shut the site down come January, when most of the upgrades and affiliate pages will expire.

To the PO's who swapped with me, i will be deleting your pages and upgrades Sept 1st. Please do the same to mine.

I've totally lost interest in ptr as there is no point in fighting a loosing battle anymore.

I have enjoyed the friendships i've made over the past 10 years or so, and hope some will continue on facebook.

Over the past 3 weeks, i've become totally addicted to farmville and frontierville, and have made over 30 new friends to neighbor with, and that has been occupying most of my time online except the time i spend setting up ads.

I've very little coming in from any affiliate earnings, and i no longer wish to spend my time clicking links, therefore i will be stopping all my promotions for other sites and just let the members here ads run out.

I have told Rita in the past that if i decided to give up on Jv that she could have it. If she wants it, she will take it over in January, but as it is i can't see her taking over any of this site debt,

There are some lifetime upgrades and affiliate pages that will be pro-rated and refunded if Rita doesn't want the site.

Ptp is changing to pay points Sept 1st as you already know and have been told twice already.
Please use your points now, because if they aren't used by January and Rita doesn't take the site, you will loose them as i am not converting them, or if i do, it will be converted on next to nothing as nothing has been sold to convert to.

I have enjoyed the contacts i've made and would like to continue chatting etc on facebook if you wish. Just friend Carole Stacy.

Thank you all for all the enjoyment over the years, but the time has come for me to throw in the towel as i am no longer enjoying this and it's causing me too much stress to dwell over the lack of enthusiasm, mainly caused by some forum crowds, and the poor economy. So i'm giving up.
