Hydra has recently made the decision to transition to a closed and exclusive network in order to improve quality for our advertisers and service to our affiliates.
As a result of that decision, we have 'trimmed down' our network by removing a significant number of affiliate accounts that were either dormant or not driving significant volume. Please also note, we have established tougher qualifying criteria for all new affiliate applications — we will now only consider applicants who have achieved the level of $10,000/month in aggregate affiliate earnings working with at least one major network, and who have at least a year of proven earnings as an affiliate.
Based on your history with us, you have either not logged in for a period of months, or have not achieved earnings up to our minimum cutoff amount. So unfortunately, your account is a not a good fit for us at this time.
However, when you do wish to actively run offers with Hydra and can meet our new criteria, please email details to edited and we will review your account for reactivation.

And did they notify me at any time of this change? Was I paid the few dollars in my account? I'm sure we can all guess the answers to those questions.
