We Paid, not responding to contact requests or running ads
« on: April 01, 2011, 04:30:27 PM »
Back in October 2010 I requested to redeem for ads. That request is still sitting in my user information but there have been no ads requested or run.

I have requested that the redemption be reversed TWICE now with no replies from Grace.

I would be 5 cents from payout if Grace would reverse the redemption request

2-3 more contacts to her, linking to all my posts about the issue (yahoo group, been paid, here, etc) still no response, no ads run, no money returned to account.

Its been almost 9 months for the cash redemption, about 4 months for an ad points redemption.  Both still sitting in my account -- no ads requested or processed.  No money in account.

Support and payments at We Paid has been spotty for a while, but this is beyond spotty and fast approaching totally ridiculous!

Another contact to her today.  I imagine it will get the same response as the last 4-5 have, which is to say: RESOUNDING SILENCE and nothing gets done.

10 1/2 months on the cash redemption, 4 1/2 months on the ad credits redemption.  I wonder if she treats paying advertisers this poorly, if so it might explain why there are next to no ads.
