Thanks,

It doesn't appear that they are selling as there have been no payments there since April 29th.

My gut feeling about these sites is that they will change hands or disappear within a few months.  I hope I'm wrong.

June 22, 2010. I'm checking and processing outstanding payment requests.

Withdraw page will be re-opened after payment done. As I'm alone, I wait everyone understand that can delay a bit.
My request is 101 days old.  I can't tell if I'm still in the queue or if my request has been deleted.

10 days the request page has been closed, and no payments have been made at all.  She doesn't do mass pay so surely a few accounts would have been checked in 10 days.

I can't say that I'm impressed with the "I'm alone" excuse, nor am I inclined to believe it.  Most POs don't have assistants to do this for them and they somehow manage to check accounts and make payments in a timely manner.

I am pretty much through with KittenMails. Kissed my $8 plus advertising GoodBye already. It's a sorry-a.. excuse, nothing more, nothing less.
Just waiting for it to get suspended by it's host. Am probably going to dance then and hope she's never going to be back to suck more people in.

If she paid for a year of hosting in advance, we have another 3 months to watch a slow death spiral there.  Meanwhile the membership keeps increasing, which is so bizarre as programs that are current with payouts don't have membership increases like that.

If I could see some communication or effort as in dropping the CPM on the PTP or even removing one of the free links, I'd be more likely to be supportive and redeem for banners or rotator views which do not add to site debts. Closing the payout request page for a month now does not constitute an effort in my opinion.  All I'm seeing is floods of ads from members redeeming earnings and that is a very bad situation for the other programs that are now assuming her debts.  Taking on Galaxy only added a larger hosting bill and debt.

Absolutely.
Taking down the payout page is not positive effort. Maybe a negative effort to not be bothered (with requests or comments about them) / people not being able to see how long it takes, how many are in front of them, etc.
I am just waiting for the day all requests are being canceled.
Increasing membership? I suspect she does not do any maintenance at all. Plus a lot of people are not making informed decisions when joining a site. If it is no good, they just go inactive and won't be purged where no maintenance is.

But I am past the point of getting enraged.
What for...

After seeing the message earlier today I asked for adchanges (which I partly asked for in the support folder earlier already) and I just received a reply to my ticket and my ads have been changed.

That's good.

Thanks a lot for posting this. Even though I am not a member of Kitten, I am at Galaxy, and have just checked that my balance is $1.01

Oh well, requested, who knows, maybe I'll get paid.

I'm finding the TOS of Kitten just a bit unpalatable right now:

Quote
Any Webmaster that is a member of KittenMails, who knowingly closes their site, allows the hosting to expire, scams their members, and/or not paying them and refuses any sort of communication to rectify the situation between themselves and their members, will automatically have their account here suspended. This suspension will last for a maximum of 25 days (no payout requests will be honoured) giving them time to get their site back online and communicate with their members. If after the 25 days none of the above has been done, the Webmasters account will be deleted and they will forfeit all earnings.

And I'm not sure if I need to click 8 links next month or 150.  I'm not promoting the PTP anywhere now, but part of my balance due is from PTP earnings.  :thermm:

Quote
A member must click on at least 8 links every thirty days, to be considered active, this includes upgraded members also!! There is no set value for point conversion due to fluctuation of site revenue. However, the Webmaster will try to maintain the highest value possible for the membership. Affiliates will be paid via PayPal / AlertPay (when available). KittenMails will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout of $3.00. Everyone Must Be Active. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Official TOS Payout within terms of 30 days.
You need to be an active clicker (150 clicks).

Let me think where I heard the first quote before - aha:

Quote
Any Webmaster that is a member of Deep-C-Links, who knowingly closes their site, allows the hosting to expire, scams their members, and/or not paying them and refuses any sort of communication to rectify the situation between themselves and their members, will automatically have their account here suspended. This suspension will last for a maximum of 28 days (no payout requests will be honoured) giving them time to get their site back online and communicate with their members. If after the 28 days none of the above has been done, the Webmasters account will be deleted (they can not sign back up) and they will forfeit all earnings. (the funds from these accounts will be held until a decision is made as to what to do with it) If the site is sold while offline without notification being sent to their members, the account here will be deleted. All advertising will cease for that program upon suspension of the said account.

She just took (I have no idea if or if not she had permission to do so) from DeepCLinks.
