PTR advertising too limited

I've been looking to buy or redeem for sidelinks, leaderboards and skyscrapers ... and much to my dismay hardly any sites offer them... only emails, PTCs and banners.  I see completely empty side link sections on most sites. 

I realize that skyscrapers and leader boards are sections usually reserved for 3rd parties, but since many 3rd parties are pulling out I would think that prepaid ads in those spaces would be what most sites would jump at.

These would be the things that real advertisers and non PTP advertisers would be looking for and they are pure profit for the site, but they are sadly lacking.

The funny thing is, I have been offering all kinds of sizes (468x64, 125x125, 120x60, 728x90, 120x600) on AMMFY for well, at least a year I would estimate.
Only one sale happened during all that time for a small number of 120x600 impressions as far as I can recall.
