There are 8 requests in front of you.
Your request for 4.68 USD PayPal (xxx) is 75 day(s) old.
Last payout was made on March 14th. Not a word of explanation from the PO. As far as I know, she is behind with payouts at her other sites, too.

And now I'm getting a search engine page when I try to access the site.

Expiration date: 26 Jul 2010 01:37:03
The domain expired and it's parked by the registrar.
And it appears to be Sedo parked which frowns on any and all PTR traffic, so that probably wasn't the brightest move.
I have a funny feeling that Koni's other sites are going to appear as parked domains as their registrations expire.

Am so pleased that I redeemed and scrammed after Koni took over this site. After my experience with her selling Moo Over with no warning I had no faith in her at all, and it seems my forebodings about her sites were based in fact not just my feelings

My Night Owl saga continued.
I came back from vacation and found out that meanwhile the site had changed owners and I had been paid. Sounds great? Well, just read on...
The new owner (dpowley) paid me $1.99 out of the $4.99 I had in my account. The remaining $3 were deducted ($1 per month) for not meeting click requirements in June, July and... August.
I had put myself on vacation around August 10th. I even sent a support ticket to let Koni know that my vacation was going to be longer than 30 days, since some PO's require this. Whereas I find it possible that Koni didn't pass the contents of support tickets to dpowley (or even read it, since I never got a reply), the automatic notification of vacation dates done by the script was rather easy to see in my account and should have been noticed.
June and July were months when members started doubting they would ever get paid, click counters were no longer reset. Yes, I did fail to click the required amount, but I'm pretty sure there was nothing about $1/month penalty in the terms back then. So, dpowley takes over the site and joyfully introduces the amount of "punishment" and retroactively charges members for that. This is bad enough. But charging me also for the month when I was on freaking vacation is beyond "bad enough".
Also, the payment notice informed me that my lifetime affiliate page has been suspended for inactivity - this too happened while I was on vacation.
I send an email (the "contact us" part of the site recommends those over support desk for "faster" contact) to dpowley a day and a half ago, no reply.
Is this site even worth all the hair I have pulled out because of it in the last couple of days?

I've never heard of a legitimate program imposing a "fine" for not meeting click requirements.
What is the click requirement and the minimum payout? I can see members running into negative balances pretty easily.

I don't think the click requirements are high, I think it may be 50 or something. I think I stopped meeting these when suddenly ptc's disappeared from the timer bar around May or June. There are only a few emails per day and I'm not a big clicker of site-based PTC's. Plus, with no payments made and not a word from the PO about it, there just wasn't much motivation for clicking.
You're right that "fines" like this are shady. Even more so when they are suddenly pulled out of the hat and applied retroactively. I never agreed to terms that would mention these fines, neither when signing up nor when clicking "I agree" in an admin message.

Fines for not clicking are "criminal" in my eyes.

I just checked... there is absolutely nothing in the TOS, FAQs or admin messages addressing a fine.
