Just logged into my acct and see there is plenty of emails, however this happened to me be4 and Gail said she had no idea what was going on, but after about a week, I got mails

I found my accounts at both Poms and Roses suspended when I returned from vacation. As I had informed Gail about an extended vacation and got a green light from her, I sent a support ticket asking what had happened. Got a reply within a couple of hours, saying the script had done it but she had already unsuspended me. I was pretty impressed with how fast the problem was fixed. :)
